Looking Back at the 2022 Edition

We look back on a great 2022 edition of the Politicologenetmaal (Annual Political Science Workshops of the Low Countries) held on June 16-17, 2022 at Radboud University Nijmegen. Under the auspices of local hosts Dr. Maurits Meijers and Dr. Andrej Zaslove, over 130 scholars participated in 11 workshops on a wide variety of topics. The respective workshop chairs did a great job in instilling the open and constructive spirit of 'the Etmaal' in their workshops.

We look back at a great 2022 edition. Thanks to all participants for their enthousiasm and excellent work!

We organized a fascinating roundtable on "The Russian Invasion of Ukraine" with with Prof. dr. Wim van Meurs, Prof. dr. Sophie Vanhoonacker, Prof. dr. Bertjan Verbeek, and special guest Liliya Levandovska. The discussion was moderated by Lema Salah.

Danai Petropoulou Ionescu was awarded the 2022 Daniël Heinsius Master's Thesis Prize. The 2022 Els de Witte PhD Prize went to Dr. Lala Muradova. Congratulations to both!
